Will the movie "The Ledge" be shown starting july 8th in movie theaters, or on tv.?

Will the film "The Ledge" be showing throughout movie theaters in the
U.S starting July 8th, or just certain movie theaters, or is it just
being shown on tv starting July 8th. Thanks.
If selected theaters then can you give me a link that says which
theaters it will be shown in.
