I am trying to find a movie but i dont remember the name of it i know
its a bout this guy who captures people and does stuff to them and
vedio tapes it on the web and the more people get on that website the
more bad things happen and at the end he captures a female cop or a
girlfriend or sombody important and he hangs her upside down and tries
to use a old time mower on her but she gets away what is the name of
that movie
